You can create your venue listing yourself through our guided step-by-step process, or choose our Professional Listing Setup service, where we help craft and optimise your listing for the best presentation.

1. Create your account. Sign up and create your host profile.Creating an account and building your listing is free. You only pay once your listing is ready to go live

2. Add your venue information. Upload photos and describe your space, accommodation, amenities, pricing, and the experiences your venue is designed for.

3. Submit your listing for review. Once your listing is at least 80% completed, you can submit it for publishing. Before publishing, you will need to choose a subscription plan. Every venue on ZenBooking is carefully reviewed to ensure it aligns with our curated platform and community values.

4. Start connecting with guests and organisers. Once approved, your venue becomes discoverable to retreat organisers, conscious travelers, and event hosts looking for spaces with character, purpose, and authenticity.

Yes. All enquiries and booking requests go directly to you.

You will receive email and SMS notifications whenever a guest or organiser contacts you through your ZenBooking listing, including their message and contact details, allowing you to communicate directly and personally.

You will also be notified when someone requests access to your website or contact information, together with their contact details, so you can follow up directly and build meaningful connections with potential guests and organisers.

No. ZenBooking does not charge any commission on bookings made through the platform.

You only pay an annual subscription fee to list and promote your venue. All bookings, payments, and guest communication happen directly between you and your guests or organisers.

Yes. Guests and organisers can request access to your website through your ZenBooking listing. Once they submit the request form, they will receive your website information, and you will also be notified about the request.

If you already use your own reservation or booking system, it can be connected through the “Book at Host Website” button, allowing guests to complete their booking directly on your website.

To maintain a clean and consistent user experience across the platform, website links and direct contact details should not be included within your listing descriptions or text content. They are only accessible through the request form.

Yes. Availability calendar synchronisation is possible through an iCal link.
We recommend connecting all available calendar synchronisation links to help keep your availability accurate and up to date across different platforms.

Yes. ZenBooking offers optional Visibility Boosting Services to help your venue gain greater exposure and attract more enquiries.

You can increase your listing's visibility by securing premium and top placement across the platform. For even greater exposure, your venue can be featured in our rotating banner, displayed on key pages throughout the platform, including the homepage.

Boosting services are flexible and can be added at any time to your active subscription plan. You can choose from 3, 6, or 12-month promotional periods, depending on your marketing goals.
