At Fattoria, we welcome our guests to the beautifully restored buildings of an ancient farm, nestled 3 kilometres away from the main roads, accessible via a typical Tuscan cypress-lined lane. Behind the buildings lies a serene 4-hectare forest, and in front, there are ample spaces for practising or simply relaxing amidst the peaceful embrace of nature. 🌳
Our establishment offers 8 rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and heating for your comfort.
We take pride in our spacious 70-square-meter meditation/yoga room 🧘♀️, featuring a wooden floor and heating. We've converted the old stables into a large, bright event room that offers stunning forest views and includes a spacious terrace. Throughout the farm, you'll find various areas where you can practice on lush green lawns or paved surfaces.🌿
During retreats, we offer a full-board service in our charming little restaurant, located in the main building's two dining rooms, both graced by old fireplaces. We are committed to using local, natural, and authentic products, carefully selected based on our direct connections with the producers and their commitment to quality.
Nestled in an isolated, energetically powerful location, our venue offers an ideal setting for exploring Etruscan archaeological sites like Roselle (both Etruscan and Roman), quaint medieval villages (Tatti, Montemassi...), artistic parks such as the Tarots Park by Niki de Saint Phalle, and much more.
Furthermore, we are conveniently situated just 30 minutes away from the seaside, boasting beautiful beaches like Cala Violina.
We embarked on our journey of hosting retreats, with a special focus on yoga and meditation, just two years ago. Our primary aim is to create and sustain a serene atmosphere conducive to the success of the retreats, and we are dedicated to catering to all our guests' needs. While we are relatively new to hosting retreats, we bring 12 years of experience in the field of tourism and hospitality.

How to get there
The venue is best reached by car. From the SS1 Via Aurelia, take the Gavorrano Scalo exit and continue towards Ribolla on the SP31 for approximately 4.2 km. Turn at the Fattoria di Pietra sign and follow the characteristic cypress-lined private road for approximately 3.2 km to the property.

Fattoria di Pietra accommodates up to 25 guests across a collection of 5 guest rooms and 3 apartments, set within the peaceful surroundings of the organic farm in the Tuscan Maremma. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and heating for your comfort.
The accommodation combines the character of a traditional Tuscan country property with comfortable spaces for individuals, couples, families and groups. The different room and apartment options make the property particularly well suited to retreats, workshops and group stays, allowing organisers to accommodate participants across a variety of configurations.
The apartments offer additional independence and space, making them suitable for longer stays, families or retreat facilitators. Some accommodation units can also be internally connected, providing greater flexibility for groups.
Guests have access to free Wi-Fi and private parking, while breakfast is available at the property. For organised retreats and groups, Fattoria di Pietra can also provide full-board catering with customised menus, including vegetarian and vegan options and meals prepared with organic produce grown on the farm and ingredients sourced from local producers.
Accommodation is surrounded by the estate's countryside, fields and woodland, creating a quiet environment where participants can stay, practise and dine together without needing to leave the property.
