With no visible neighbors and the closest houses discreetly nestled hundreds of meters away in the trees, our retreat ensures utmost privacy and tranquility 🏞️.
The retreat is cradled by a sealed country road connecting Filipstad and Storfors, experiencing minimal traffic, especially at night, enhancing the serene atmosphere 🛣️. Half of our property is a private forest, leading to a secluded lake accessible by a 10-minute walk through dense woodlands, offering an immersive nature experience 🚶♂️💧.
Our forest sanctuary features a dedicated fireplace 🔥 and ceremony area for guests to gather, celebrate, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. How to Get to Forest Flow Wellness Retreat 🚗✈️🚌🚆
* By Car: Drive through Värmland's beautiful landscape 🌄, directly to our retreat.
* Airport Bus: Take the bus from "Arlanda (Arlanda flygplats)" to "Kristinehamn (Kristinehamn resecentrum)", with a stop at Stockholm Central Station. For details, visit Bus4you 🚌. The journey is under 3 hours to Kristinehamn.
* Train: There's a direct line from "Arlanda C" to Kristinehamn, stopping at Stockholm Central Station. Check SJ for bookings 🚆. Prices vary, with buses or trains costing around 35 to 60 EUR, and some rail connections may cost about double.
* Pickup Service: We can provide a pickup and drop-off service to/from Kristinehamn or Filipstad upon request 🚐.
* Note: Whether you take the bus or train, you might find a mix of both on your journey due to the interconnected booking systems.

About accommodation
Our accommodation is spread across a number of buildings. All rooms feature 1gbps hard wired Internet, desk and sofa.
Depending on the size of the group, it will be better to use the loft for group activities, or ifthe loft is filled with guests the community hall can be booked.
The Cafe House is the community hub of the retreat centre and a very versatile space. It features a shower, toilet / bathroom, commercial kitchen and dining space / community lounge.
Here, food can be prepared for groups of up to 14 people. There is also a projector for movies and presentations. The space can be configured for small group yoga sessions or workshops as needed by moving around the tables.
Private forest cottage
Self-contained small building, recently renovated with it's own bathroom and veranda overlooking the forest.
- Sleeps: 1/ 2 (single beds or connected for Queen size)
Wellness Cottage
Self-contained small building with separate shower and toilet, toilet can be accessed through the outside of the building, not internally.

Loft House
This building does not have a toilet or shower, and the toilet and shower of the cafe building need to be used, roughly a 50 metre walk. This has three rooms:
Room 1 - Ground floor

Small room, sleeps 1 / 2 / 3
Loft House - Up the stairs
Large room, sleeps up to 6 for dorm style sleeping, has multiple uses for group sessions / yoga.
