Prairies & Peaks Boutique Lodge
About venue
Prairies & Peaks Boutique Lodge is a testament to five generations of our family seeking adventure, camaraderie, and purpose in the Rocky Mountains. Grounded in history, connected to nature, and fueled by our own wellness journeys, our lodge is the perfect venue to enjoy all that the Rockies has to offer.
The lodge boasts four bedrooms, each adaptable for single or double occupancy, and complete with private bathrooms. Multiple cozy seating areas provide panoramic mountain views and prime wildlife observation points. Our dining area includes family-style dining tables, bar stools at the kitchen counter, a beautiful fireplace with couches, and double doors that open out onto the wrap-around deck. The spacious basement is filled with natural light and gorgeous house plants, providing the perfect space for yoga and activities, while the loft provides a quiet area for meditation and relaxation.
The lodge sits on 16 acres of private property in the heart of ranching country and offers walking trails, a pond, a labyrinth, and a fire pit. We have hosted wellness retreats, guided fly-fishing groups, artist workshops, as well as equine-assisted wellness retreats!

This area is known as "where the prairies meet the peaks". Sprawling fields and pastures rush straight up into towering peaks with no foothills to confuse the eye. This is the ancestral land of the Blackfeet peoples and it boasts lush landscapes, sweeping river valleys, abundant wildlife, amazing stargazing and quintessentially Western sunsets and sunrises. Renowned for its botanical diversity, persistent winds and breathtaking views, this is a place landscape any other.
How to get there
From the Calgary International Airport, take Highway 2 South towards Fort Macleod. At Fort Macleod, take the exit onto Highway 3 South towards Waterton Park. At Pincher Creek take Highway 3 South towards Waterton Park and continue for 25 minutes. Turn right onto Spread Eagle Road (there is a large green highway sign, this is a gravel road). Drive for 2 miles before turning left onto Range Road 30-0 (look for a small blue sign. There is also an old red school house with a stone and rail fence at this intersection). Continue for 1.5 miles and the Lodge will be on the left through a large steel and stone arched gateway.
