Every line of this residence — from its multi-level architecture to its sweeping outdoor gathering spaces — was designed to mirror the natural flow of the desert itself: grounded, spacious, and quietly elegant.

Inside, five beautifully appointed bedrooms offer 17 total beds across a mix of private and shared-occupancy suites, making the villa equally suited to an intimate retreat for four or a full group gathering of up to seventeen. Each room has its own character and comfort level — from the expansive master suite with a jacuzzi soaking tub to cozy shared bunk rooms designed for closeness and camaraderie — while four thoughtfully placed bathrooms (three of them private/ensuite) keep the experience effortless for groups of any size.
