Instructors and Staff

Instructor

Dr. Amit Khanna is a Physiotherapist, Yoga Expert and Therapist. With more than 15 years of experience in teaching, training and practice in Yoga and Physiotherapy, he has promoted and spread India's cultural reach as a representative of the Government of India for years. Dr. Khanna is an MBA, holds four and half years Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Later he turned to Yoga Therapy and completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy of 2 years duration.

Dr. Deepak Mittal is a 1st generation entrepreneur, philanthropist, and visionary. He is the managing director of International Tractors Limited. He rose from a very humble beginning, and was the son of a government insurance officer. He has reached the pinnacle of success despite all the limitations of money, resources, and being from a small city of Punjab, Hoshiarpur.

I recently had the pleasure of practicing at this yoga studio, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Dr. Amit, an experienced teacher from India, leads the classes with an authentic and traditional style of yoga practice. His way of teaching is perfect, beautifully blending scientific correlations with yoga practice. Each session is taught with love and care, making it a truly enriching experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, providing the ideal environment for yoga. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice with a knowledgeable and compassionate teacher.

Beautiful warm place straight from India :)! I felt really welcome and when you are searching for yoga, pranayama or meditation this is the right place! They offer the complete package from the roots. It's as well for beginners as for people who want to deepen their practice. I just finished the weekend workshop I will recommend it! It's a really complete workshop with all the elements.
