I am the retreat organiser, and will be leading the Meditations, group Hypnotherapy sessions and giving the nutrition talks too. I am passionate about perimenopause and menopause, and am currently in my menopause journey so can speak from personal experience too.
Healing
As a certified hypnotherapist, I specialize in helping women overcome mental and emotional challenges, enabling them to shift limiting beliefs and build confidence.
My background as a qualified naturopathic chef adds another layer of support, allowing me to create nourishing, hormone-friendly meals tailored to alleviate menopause symptoms and promote vitality.
My expertise as a menopause specialist means I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to helping women achieve balance and well-being during this significant life phase.
I am also a seasoned meditation practitioner, skilled in guiding individuals toward stress reduction, self-discovery, and inner calm.
Anh
Instructor
Anh is living and working in France, and is Vietnamese. She loves photography and exploring places to take photos. She is also a very good amateur artist, creating oil paintings of the beautiful vineyards around where she lives. She is passionate about yoga for exercise and loves to share her skills with fellow women.
Yoga
Anh started yoga and meditation in 2006 in India. In 2016, she moved to Kansas (USA) where she continued her training as a yoga teacher.
Anh's teaching style is creative and playful while conscientiously guiding her students to their full potential.
She loves working with students one-on-one. With her experience, she is able to tailor each session to each student's needs.
She skilfully combines vinyasa flow, with hatha yoga and breathwork to achieve a beautiful flow through the class, while giving each student the choice to extend as it suits. She brings a calming energy and leaves her students feeling both energized and totally relaxed.
