The weekend is the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax in beautiful surroundings.
Expect us to guide you through energising, dynamic yoga flow practices and calming and deeper relaxation through practicing Yin & Restorative Yoga, meditation sessions, Yoga Nidra and Pranayama exploration.
You can join as many of the classes and activities as you like, but we would also like to encourage you to do just that what feels good for you.
You'll be nourished with healthy meals (supplied by our on-site chef) and tea & snacks throughout the whole weekend.
It is a weekend to recharge and reset, so there will be lots of time and space for you to rest, read, journal, connect with others or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings and being away from the hectic pace of daily life.

There will be the option to book a private massage, or take part in a SUP yoga class on a nearby lake. There will also be time available for you to enjoy walks through the surrounding countryside.
Bore Place is a 500-acre estate, with beautiful grounds, including a kitchen garden, ancient woodlands and a wide selection of characterful and comfortable accommodation. It is a beautiful and historic venue with an environmentally-friendly approach. The estate runs as a charity, specialising in regenerative farming and land management, and is committed to restoring biodiversity to the area as well as providing a beautiful setting for people to connect with nature.
Beautiful gardens and a pond surround the venue, rooms are comfortable and cosy, and there’s plenty of space to gather around a fire (indoors and outside – weather permitting).
How to get there
The closest mainline station is Sevenoaks station, easily accessible by a 30-minute rail journey from London. Taxis are available from Sevenoaks to Bore Place, although it's recommended to book in advance.
There is also ample parking on the site for anyone wishing to drive.

We will be staying in the 19th century Old Stable situated in the middle of the 500 acre Bore Place Estate, surrounded by a beautiful courtyard garden, which includes fruit trees and a water feature in front of the house, as well as a table for outside dining and a pizza oven.
There are a total of 11 bedrooms in the Old Stable and 4 bathrooms (which are shared), a large living room with log burner, dining room & separate kitchen.
The rooms in the Old Stable are bright and comfortable and have been recently refurbished.
There is a small number of single rooms available, there are twin- and triple rooms. All rooms share a bathroom ( 2-3 rooms a bathroom).
There’s plenty of communal space to find a place to read, lounge around, rest & relax.

Instructor
Kate worked for 15 years in corporate communication, as a film producer at an internationally renowned London corporate production company. During this time she developed a daily yoga practice as a counter to the physical and mental demands of her job. After taking time out to become a mum to 3 kids, Kate trained to teach yoga in 2013 and has been working as a full-time yoga teacher since 2016.
Yoga
Kate teaches a diverse range of yoga classes, from corporate clients in Sussex and London, to running and managing her own open classes, 1-1 private sessions, workshops & retreats. She is trained in hatha, vinyasa flow, restorative, Nidra, pregnancy and postnatal teaching.
Isis
Instructor
Isis is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher based in West Sussex. In 2017, she moved to the UK with her husband & son from Amsterdam. Her yoga journey kicked off after her first trip to India in 2007 and she has been teaching yoga for over
a decade.
Isis offers weekly studio classes, Paddleboarding & SUP yoga sessions, 1-1 private sessions, corporate events & retreats.
Yoga
Isis is certified in teaching Vinyasa, Yin / Restorative, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga nidra, Paddle-boarding & SUP Yoga and she is also a Yoga Teacher Trainer and Continuing Yoga Education Provider.
