- Healthy and detoxifying nutrition in the form of Ayurvedic menus, which are tailored to the individual dosha type. Use of probiotics, parasite cures, superfoods possible on separate request.
- Depending on the requirement, additional gentle fasting (juices, smoothies if necessary, soups, broths, salads)
- Daily quiet times, walks, possibly also cycling
- 3 to 5 x 60 to 90 minute deep healing massages
- Sufficient and deep sleep

The vegetarian ayurvedic catering is given special importance in this detox retreat. It will gently support the detoxification processes and help build a new intestinal flora. Sometimes there is a gentle juice smoothie and broth fast. However, it is never exhausting for the body. You don't have to do without enjoyment either. The fresh and lovingly prepared and served Ayurvedic, detoxifying food and drinks will provide new culinary experiences. A purely alkaline diet is implemented.
