The retreat is designed in such a way that you can relax, reconnect, and recharge to the maximum. The most part of the retreat program will take place outdoors, weather permitting, and you will explore beautiful hikes to breathe the fresh air and enjoy the rich and untouched beautiful nature of this area.

The beautiful and heart warming summer solstice celebration will be a special treat for your heart and soul.
Every day you will be guided through the program by Gabriela.
In between the guided parts of the retreat you will have sufficient time to yourself, to relax, simm in the ocean or walk on the beach which is right in front of the hotel.
Schedule
Saturday: Arrival, individually, at the retreat accommodation until latest 14.30 (begin check-in)
Saturday 8:00 p.m.: After dinner you will be officially welcomed to the start of the guided retreat program with the first guided mediation.
Retreat program for Sunday – Friday:
8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Start the day with Surya Namaskar on the beach
9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Breakfast
10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. guided love meditation & self-love practice
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Nature hike (optional)
6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Dinner
8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Surya Namaskar followed by guided love meditation (outside with a view of the sea if the weather is good) for a peaceful, harmonious end to the day and a deep sleep.
*Friday evening: Official conclusion of the meditation retreat program with the last guided Surya Namaskar and the last meditation as well as the personal farewells.
Saturday: Departure, individually, from the retreat accommodation until latest 10.00 a.m.

The retreat hotel is located 500 m from the most beautiful and serene place in Cyprus, in the North West of Cyprus and about 40 kms from Paphos. You can enjoy the long remote beach.
The surrounding nature is a big part of the food for souls as it is very pure. It is a place where the clear turquoise sea, meets the strong energy of the hills and the rocks.
The uniqueness of the retreat accommodation is due to the charm of the natural landscape, perfect for walks, bird- watching, and hiking, but also to its cultural and mythological wealth.
The rooms are newly renovated, in beautiful pastel colours, every room is very comfortable, spacious with side sea view.

The chef, was part of the Cyprus Cooking Olympic Team between 1998 and 2001. He has been working in 5 stars hotels for more than 20 years.
