Welcome, wellness seekers, to Greece – a country of soul-stirring landscapes, historical profundities, and a vibrant culture that celebrates life and love. Your healing journey begins in Athens, a city where the echoes of ancient civilizations awaken consciousness and inspire transformation.

Your home base for this leg of the retreat will be Hotel Philippos, conveniently nestled in the heart of the city. After a seamless check-in process, unwind in the tranquility of your room, every detail designed to reflect the charm and sophistication of modern Greek aesthetics.

Once you've settled in, we’ll take a short walk to a local garden, a haven of greenery and tranquility amidst the city bustle. Here, we’ll gather for a welcome meditation and introduction session. As we sit under centuries-old trees, we’ll begin the process of awakening our consciousness. Day 3 - Transition and Transformation: A Journey from Athens to Kythira
Today, we’ll begin with another harmonizing session of morning yoga in the peaceful embrace of an Athen’s garden. Following our practice, enjoy a wholesome vegan breakfast before we check out of the hotel and make our way to the airport for our flight to the islands. We’ll have time here to grab lunch before we’re whisked away to the tranquil shores of Kythira.

Upon arrival, we'll transfer as a group to our new accommodation, nestled amidst the island's natural beauty. Once checked-in, refresh with a light snack, and enjoy some free time to acquaint yourself with your new surroundings or simply relax in your villa.

As evening approaches, we’ll head out on a serene walk to nearby Paleopoli beach. Here, with the rhythmic sound of the waves as our backdrop, we’ll immerse ourselves in a sunset meditation. Allow this session to help illuminate any lingering patterns that need to be transformed, honing your awareness of tension within the body, mind, and soul. As a child growing up on the outskirts of Mexico City I always felt a strong connection to both the natural world around me and the ancient civilizations so prevalent in our culture. I consider myself incredibly lucky to be able to combine my passions into my work today, and hope to be able to share these passions with you.

After completing a Psychology degree in 2001, I discovered Ashtanga Yoga, which became my personal form of therapy. I soon realized I wanted to help others by sharing this amazing, ancient self-healing lifestyle. I am also continuously learning from a diversity of other yoga schools such as spiritual healing processes, meditation practices, nutritional sciences, metaphysics… and much more.

It has taken me many years to change my habits and have a healthier, more conscious and spiritual life. It has been a long process from which I feel deeply grateful. I am empathic and sensitive, qualities that help me to understand and guide you through a variety of healing processes. I have always loved to bring awareness and consciousness to people, helping them enter a new way of life more connected to not only the nature around us, but also our own personal nature.

I hope to inspire you to live a healthier and more nature-oriented life. While we explore different cultures and consciousness together I aim to leave the seed of change in your heart.
