Relying on solar power, we also provide electric car charging for guests, strictly use plastic-free products, and serve exclusively vegetarian dishes. We have our own indoor yoga room as well as 2 outdoor yoga spaces. One is a large sea-view shaded one on the ground floor, while the second is on the terrace, also with a sea view. Additionally we have our own space on the beach, which is only 15min walk away.

By Air ✈️:
Brindisi-Salento Airport (BDS): Located about 45 km from Manduria, it's the closest international airport. Various European airlines service Brindisi, especially during the tourist season.
Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport (BRI): Situated about 140 km away, it's a larger international airport with more frequent and diverse connections.
From either airport:
You can rent a car or take a shuttle/bus to Manduria. The journey by car from Brindisi is around 50 minutes, and from Bari, it's about 2 hours.

Guests
Access to Manduria Masseria is restricted to those who have made a reservation and their registered travel companions. Any third-party visitors are only allowed to access the facilities with our permission. Our venue is for adults only (18+). We are happy to welcome children aged 14 and over to stay at Manduria Masseria when they are accompanied by a parent/guardian.
We regret that pets are not allowed.
Upon arrival of the guests, The Host must take copies of the ID of each guest, as per Italian Law.
Guests’ Missing/Damaged Items
The Host cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft during the Venue Hire Period.
Health and Safety
Manduria Masseria is a historical farmhouse. This means that in some areas there are narrow stairs, uneven terrain, low ceilings, gravel (outdoors), and other challenging areas of accessibility. Manduria Masseria is not suitable for disabled people or people who experience difficulties walking or climbing up steep steps. The Organiser must inform The Guests of this.
Wildlife
There is plenty of wildlife surrounding Manduria Masseria, including birds, lizards, bees, crickets and more. We kindly ask our guests to respect this surrounding nature.
Guests will incur a fee 50% if they cancel their booking 180 days before check-in
