Welcome to our stunning 5 bedroom villa, 400 meters above sea level in a completely wild mountain area near Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. We are located in the community of Maimon, famous for its rich seafood restaurant scene. If you are a retreat leader and look for complete privacy, natural beauty, and vast outdoor spaces open for any activity - this unique Villa is your perfect choice.

This private villa is nested on a lot of land and is a 240 hectare of natural paradise, featuring gardens and breathtaking mountain and ocean views. You will see sunsets like no other and have this entire wild mountanous jungle to yourself to hike and explore.

Perfect for active retreats, events, it accommodates groups of 10+.

ACCOMMODATIONS
5 private spacious bedrooms

4 bedrooms include queen-size beds, night stands, ambient lighting, ample storage, and convenient power outlets. 1 bedroom, in addition to all the standard furnishings, offers a chain-suspended king-size bed and access to the rooftop patio. All bedrooms have access to showers / washrooms, with basic toiletries always included for your convenience.

We can host up to 10 people in the main villa and more in the guesthouse / glamping / camping. Let's discuss your group needs!

We offer a fully-equipped outdoor fitness gym with machines and weights, as well as roofed and rooftop spaces for yoga or other fitness classes of your choice, including aerial yoga. We will discuss your group's dietary requirements before you arrive and help you design the perfect plan. We work with a network of local chefs that can prepare your meals from local organic ingredients. Alternatively, your meals can be ordered from local restaurants or cooked on-site. In addition, local grocery stores have delivery services available.

Right on-site, you can rent a car that will take you through the nearby wilderness, or come with your own vehicles and park for free. If you need a ride from the airport, let us know and we will help out. We are located only 40 minutes away from Santiago Cibao International and 40 minutes away from Puerto Plata Luperon International airports.

Nearby area is rich in experiences, from the iconic 27 Waterfalls of Damajagua (just 20 minutes away!) to endless beaches and water sports.
