Our venue features a fully equipped Pilates studio with six Reformers and a Cadillac, providing an exceptional space for Pilates retreats, teacher trainings, and private sessions. In addition to the equipment studio, guests have access to spacious indoor and outdoor areas for mat classes, yoga, mobility training, and mindful movement practices.
Whether you are hosting beginners or experienced practitioners, the studio offers a peaceful and inspiring environment surrounded by the beauty of Costa Rica's rainforest.

How to get there
The venue is located in Costa Rica's northern region and is easily accessible from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José. The scenic drive takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours along well-maintained roads.
Guests can comfortably reach the property with a regular car, and no 4x4 vehicle is required. Free parking is available on-site.
Public transportation is also available from Ciudad Quesada, and private transfers can be arranged upon request. Despite its peaceful and secluded setting, the venue is easy to reach and offers the perfect balance between accessibility and immersion in nature.

Our cuisine is an essential part of the retreat experience. We offer nourishing plant-based full board, inspired by fresh local ingredients and the natural abundance of Costa Rica. Many of the fruits, herbs, and vegetables are grown on the property and prepared with love and care.

• The swimming pool and jacuzzi are unsupervised and are used at guests' own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• The Pilates and yoga facilities may only be used with permission and all equipment should be treated with care.
• No shoes inside the bungalows or indoor common areas, especially during the rainy season.
• Please lock doors and windows when leaving your bungalow and keep your access code secure.
