Pandanus Retreat is your sanctuary for deep healing, clarity, and true transformation. Located in the vibrant jungle of Costa Rica near the Pacific coast, we offer week-long retreats that combine conscious movement (Pilates), plant-based detox cuisine, mindset work, and soulful connection.
Our space is alcohol-free, smoke-free, and built for people who are ready to reset their system – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you’re looking to break old patterns, recharge your body, or reconnect with your purpose, you’ll find a safe and supportive space to do so here.

This hidden gem is easily reachable from San Jose Airport, with a smooth 2.5-hour drive along well-maintained asphalt roads.
You can comfortably access the finca in a standard car, as the paved road leads right to our gate. Once on the property, the gravel path is accessible for all, requiring no special vehicle to navigate.
For those opting for public transport, there’s a convenient bus service from Cuidad Quesada that runs three times daily, delivering you directly to our doorstep at San Ramon School—the gateway to Finca FE. Here lies our tranquil retreat center, "Pandanus Lodge & Retreats," inviting you to unwind and reconnect with nature.

House Rules – Pandanus Lodge
🏡 Important Notes for Our Guests
1. Check-in: From 3:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM
2. Respect & Consideration: Enjoy your stay and treat the accommodation and nature
with care.
3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and common
areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor smoking areas. Please use the
provided ashtrays for safe disposal of cigarette butts. If cigarette butts are found
inside or around the bungalow, a fee of 100 USD will be charged. Open fires and
candles are not allowed anywhere on the property.
4. Liability: The landlords are not responsible for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages
to persons, personal property, or vehicles. Guests are responsible for the safe storage
of their valuables.
5. Maximum Occupancy: The bungalow is designed for up to 3 adults (16 years and
older). Children under 16 years are welcome.
6. Unregistered Guests: Unregistered persons are not allowed. The renter is
responsible for any damages caused by their guests.
7. Access to Private Areas: Guests are not allowed to access non-designated areas of
the Pandanus Lodge.
8. Quiet Hours: Please adhere to quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise levels
should not exceed 60 dB(A).
9. Pets: Dogs and cats up to 25 kg are welcome but are not allowed on beds or
upholstered furniture. Large dogs over 25 kg (e.g., Great Dane, Doberman, Rottweiler)
and breeds classified as dangerous (e.g., American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull
Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier) are not allowed. Pet owners are responsible for
any damage caused by their pets. Please ensure that neither the accommodation nor
the common areas or the property are affected by waste (feces, urine, vomit, etc.) or
damage. Waste must be promptly cleaned up. Please check in advance where your
pet is allowed to roam freely. The safety of all guests and the cleanliness of the rental
property must always be ensured. A fee of at least 100 USD will be charged for non-
compliance.
10. Sustainability: Please be mindful of water and electricity use, and turn off lights, fans,
and air conditioning when you leave the bungalow.
11. Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving the bungalow. Keep your personal
access code safe.
12. Keys & Access: The renter is responsible for any damage to the access code or
locking system. Costs may be incurred.
13. Shared Kitchen: Please keep the shared kitchen clean and dispose of your trash
properly. Food should not be stored in the bungalow; the shared kitchen and
designated refrigerator compartments are available for this purpose.
14. Waste Disposal: Please separate your trash correctly and dispose of it in the
designated bins. Do not throw toilet paper, hygiene items (e.g., sanitary pads), or
other objects into the toilet as our septic tanks are not designed for this and can
cause blockages. A fee of 50 USD may be charged for damages if the rules are not
followed.
15. Furniture & Equipment: Please treat furniture and equipment with care. Items,
furnishings, or furniture must not be removed from the bungalow or common areas.
16. Sports Facilities: The Pilates & Yoga training room may only be entered with prior
permission. Do not remove sports equipment such as yoga mats without consent.
After use, return all sports equipment to its place and treat it with care.
17. No Shoes Indoors: As the floor can become muddy in the rain, please remove your
shoes before entering the bungalow or common areas to avoid dirt.
18. Electric Car Charging: Charging electric vehicles is not permitted on the property.
19. Safety & Emergencies: Please adhere to all safety regulations, especially regarding
the functionality of fire alarm systems and emergency exits. Locations of fire
extinguishers, emergency contacts, and smoke detectors are marked within the
accommodation. Emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and smoke detectors must not
be blocked or tampered with. Vandalism or misuse of facilities will not be tolerated
and may have legal and financial consequences. Please report any unusual
occurrences immediately.
💦 House Rules for the Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi Area
1. Use at Your Own Risk: The swimming pool & jacuzzi area is not supervised – please
ensure your safety.
2. Children: Children may only use the area under the supervision of an adult.
3. Shower Before Use: Please shower before using the pool to maintain water quality.
4. No Bath Oils or Soaps: These can damage the filtration system.
5. No Glass Bottles or Food: Broken glass can be dangerous and food waste attracts
wild animals.
6. Quiet Hours: Please adhere to quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
7. No Jumping or Diving: The water depth is not suitable for jumping or diving.
8. No External Visitors: The swimming pool & jacuzzi area is for registered guests only.
