Beach House Arvi East is a secluded beachfront villa on the south coast of Crete, set among the sand dunes just steps from the crystal-clear waters of the Libyan Sea. Designed as an earth-sheltered property that blends into its natural surroundings, the house combines stone, wood and natural colours with expansive sea views and direct access to a quiet sandy beach.

The villa offers 10 sea-view bedrooms and accommodates up to 28 guests, making it particularly well suited to retreats, celebrations, family gatherings and private group stays. Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas allow groups to come together while still providing plenty of space for privacy and relaxation.

Outdoor living is central to the experience. Guests can enjoy an infinity swimming pool, private beach access, a beach pergola, spacious terraces, sun decks and several covered dining and relaxation areas overlooking the sea. The main pergola provides generous space for group dining, while the pool pergola includes an outdoor barbecue kitchen and a long dining table.

The property is also well equipped for active and wellness-focused stays. Yoga and Pilates equipment is available on request, while guests have access to canoes and a tennis court. Bicycle rental, massage treatments, private yacht and speedboat excursions and other activities can be arranged. The surrounding Cretan landscape also offers opportunities for hiking, climbing and canyoning, while the coast can be explored through sailing and other boat excursions.

Food can become an important part of a stay at Beach House Arvi East. A private chef and waiting staff can be arranged, alongside Cretan cooking experiences, cooking classes, wine and olive-oil tastings and pizza evenings. Beside the estate's chapel, a traditional Cretan cooking area provides a distinctive setting for hosted Cretan feasts overlooking the Libyan Sea.

For retreats and special gatherings, the combination of privacy, nature and flexible outdoor spaces is particularly appealing.
