Instant Booking vs. 24-hour Booking
You can opt for “Instant Booking” or “24-hour booking” in your retreat settings.
Instant Booking:
Instant Booking is our most recommended booking option for your retreat. It offers a quick and easy reservation process, with the confirmation made immediately after the client decides to book. With this option, the deposit payment will appear in your Stripe account within minutes of the booking.
Please ensure the availability of your retreat packages is up to date, with the Instant Booking option. If a client books an unavailable package, the online payment is processed immediately, and you will be responsible for refunding the payment and any additional transfer fees.
24 -Hours Booking:
With 24 Hours Booking, you will receive an email notification requesting approval, after a client makes a reservation. You have 24 hours to approve the booking, after which the booking request will expire. After you approve, the booking is automatically confirmed, and the client is charged the reservation fee. While Instant Booking is our recommended option for higher booking conversions, 24 Hours Booking is a good choice if your retreat package availability changes frequently and you want to ensure clients only book available packages.
