How to manage my retreat availability?
As a Retreat Organiser, ensuring that your retreat packages are always available and up-to-date for your potential clients is essential. At ZenBooking, we offer real-time inventory and booking services to streamline your retreat management process.
To maintain accurate availability information for your retreat, you must update your inventory once you receive a booking outside of our platform. When a client books through ZenBooking, your retreat availability is automatically updated.
We recommend using the Instant booking option to increase your booking conversions. However, the online payment is immediately processed if a client books an unavailable retreat package. As the Retreat Organiser, you are responsible for the refund and any additional transfer fees in case of a double booking.
24 hours booking option allows you to confirm a retreat package availability before the client payment is processed.
