How and When Do I Make the Balance Payment?

The balance payment is due a specified number of days prior to the retreat's start date, as determined by the organiser. Information regarding the exact due date for the balance can be found in the "i" tooltip during the booking process, and it will also be clearly mentioned in your booking confirmation email. You'll receive an email containing a link, which will guide you to settle the outstanding balance on its due date.
At present, we only accept online payments for retreat bookings on our platform. This method ensures greater security for our clients during the booking process and simplifies the refund and cancellation procedures.
