How can I communicate with prospects and clients on ZenBooking’s platform?

Prospects can contact you directly through the ASK Question form on your listing, while clients can communicate through the booking details section. Messages will be delivered to your ZenBooking administration zone mailbox, and you'll be notified via email. All communication must be done through our platform's mailbox.
