When you list your retreat on ZenBooking, the availability of your retreat packages is automatically adjusted after each booking. However, you can manage availability manually if a spot is booked elsewhere. You also have the option to choose instant booking or 24-hour approval booking, as well as decide on the initial booking deposit (a minimum of 15%) to secure the spot on your retreat.
The booking process on ZenBooking is secure and easy for clients. After the booking confirmation, the payment is deposited directly into your Stripe account. A payment link for the remaining balance is generated and sent to the client on the balance payment day.
You have full control over the entire process, from creating the listing to booking, cancellations, and refunds. It's important to note that creating and publishing your retreat on ZenBooking is free, but there is a commission on executed bookings. Please see the section on booking fees for more information.
