This meticulously preserved structure retains the architectural charm of traditional Sicilian rural homes, boasting thick perimeter walls that provide warmth during winter and coolness in the summer months.

The villa's original structure, built in the early 1900s, holds intriguing tales of its legendary owner, Don Saro Aprile, celebrated for his remarkable healing abilities that drew people from across Sicily.

Villa Paradise is the central heart of the property, and two annexes provide additional accommodation and privacy for guests. The retreat venue is further enhanced by a delightful porch overlooking the baglio, complete with a fully equipped industrial kitchen for hosting cooking classes, a wood-burning oven, and a charcoal barbecue. Adorned with period furnishings, the porch can be enclosed or opened as needed, making it a versatile space for year-round gatherings and alfresco dining.

Adjacent to the porch, a bar area overlooks the expansive swimming pool (measuring 17 by 9.5 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.30 to 3 meters), surrounded by a generous sunbathing area. This is enveloped by a lush green lawn, where towering palm trees, centuries-old olive trees, and Mediterranean fruit trees, including lemon, orange, and pomegranate, create a serene backdrop.

Vast pathways connect the rooms of Villa Paradise through the characteristic 1500-square-meter "baglio," where the ancient Modican stone flooring, typical of rural residences in Sicily, has been expertly restored.

Completing the retreat's outdoor space is an expansive barbecue area with stone seating for up to 50 people, a central cistern allowing water retrieval through an ancient lever system, and a 250-square-meter multifunctional dance floor.
