Inspired by the owners' travels around the world, each of the ten guest rooms, the apartment and the exclusive suite has its own unique character, blending authentic Apulian architecture with carefully curated interiors. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inspiring atmosphere where guests immediately feel at home.

Set within six hectares of private gardens, centuries-old olive trees, aromatic herbs, rare flowers and peaceful walking paths, the estate is managed according to the principles of synergistic agriculture, fostering biodiversity and a deep respect for nature. The estate's garden-to-table philosophy brings seasonal vegetables, herbs and locally sourced ingredients directly to the kitchen, allowing guests to enjoy fresh, wholesome cuisine that reflects the flavours and traditions of Puglia.

Here you’ll begin again to listen to yourself, to know and love yourself. Casin’Anand is the perfect place to host yoga teachers and their students looking for a magical place where healing energy is tangible, for a place where meditation comes easy because of the peaceful harmony surrounding the All, wishing to spent valuable unforgettable time taking deep care of body, spirit and mind. All kinds of yoga teaching is welcome at the Casina. All that makes the soul thrive expand and express deep and free has a new place to gather: holistic, inclusive wellness and wellbeing oriented experiences leading to spiritual growth and happiness have now a new hub where to express it: Casin’Anand!!! This specific place of southern Italy is still soaked in the energy of ancient spiritual paths. Healers and spiritual people lived in this area and we still perceive their support. As you enter Casin’Anand gates you really feel transported in a more vivid energising reality! Casina Anand is located just outside the charming town of Novoli, in the heart of Italy's beautiful Salento region of Puglia. Known for its authentic atmosphere, local traditions and warm hospitality, Novoli offers visitors a genuine taste of southern Italy while being within easy reach of some of Puglia's most celebrated destinations.

The Baroque city of Lecce is only a short drive away, while the crystal-clear beaches of both the Adriatic and Ionian coasts can be reached in around 30–40 minutes. Guests can spend their days exploring historic villages, local markets, vineyards, olive groves and renowned restaurants before returning to the tranquillity of the estate.

For retreat organisers, the surrounding countryside provides an inspiring setting for outdoor activities, mindful walks and authentic cultural experiences that beautifully complement wellness programmes.

Casina Anand is easily accessible from several international airports, making it an ideal destination for both international retreats and individual travellers.

By Air
The nearest airports are Brindisi Airport (Salento Airport), approximately 45 minutes away, and Bari International Airport, around 2 hours by car. Both airports offer regular direct flights from major European cities throughout the year, with increased seasonal connections during the summer.

By Train
High-speed trains connect Lecce with Rome, Milan, Bologna and other major Italian cities. From Lecce, Casina Anand can be reached by taxi or private transfer in approximately 30 minutes.

By Car
The estate is easily reached by car and offers convenient on-site parking. Its central location makes it an excellent base for exploring the diverse landscapes, beaches and historic towns of Puglia.

Casina Anand offers 12 individually designed accommodations, including 10 unique guest rooms, one Experience Suite, and a private apartment reserved for retreat organisers or yoga teachers during hosted retreats.

Inspired by the owners' travels around the world, every room is a work of art, blending authentic Apulian architecture with carefully selected furnishings, natural materials and artistic details. Each room has its own unique character while offering the same peaceful atmosphere and high level of comfort.

Most rooms accommodate up to two guests with a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The spacious Experience Suite can accommodate up to three guests, making it ideal for small families or friends travelling together.

As an added benefit for retreat organisers, a private apartment is provided complimentary for the yoga teacher or retreat leader for the duration of the retreat, offering additional privacy and comfort while hosting guests.
