Nestled in the idyllic Carinthian (Austria) countryside, with breathtaking views of the historic Old Town of Friesach and surrounded by endless wooded mountains, awaits a place that invites you to be more present, both with yourself and with others. The shared practice in the former stable building of the estate captivates upon entering, emanating a serene and tranquil energy.
How to get there
Close by is the Friesach train station, serving both local and long-distance routes. From there, we provide our own shuttle service. This includes a small fleet of various all-wheel-drive vehicles such as the Land Rover Defender, the Mercedes G-Class, etc., to take you directly to the estate.

About accommodation
You will sleep in unique built sleeping pods located on the upper floor of the newly restored barn. The rooms are equipped with double beds. Two of these fully furnished sleeping pods face south, while two others face east, offering views of the forest. An additional loft bedroom is located in the gallery area of the upper floor, overlooking the barn and the living area. All bedrooms are equipped with modern bathrooms and toilets. The sleeping pods range in size from 10 to 15m2 and offer limited storage space. Additional storage can be found partially under the beds.
Wellness & Treat
POOL: Nestled on the hillside, overlooking the valley of Friesach, you'll find our heated pool. With temperatures reaching up to 27 degrees Celsius, there are no more excuses not to take a dip.
BARREL SAUNA: Next to the pool, you'll discover our barrel sauna. Heated with electricity, it's available for your use throughout your entire stay.
HOT TUB: Additionally, we offer a hot tub, which requires some advance preparation for filling and heating with wood. On cool evenings, the hot tub is truly an unforgettable experience.
