Nestled in the picturesque hills of southern Albania, our serene haven is the perfect place for people from all over the world to come together and thrive. Our intention is to intermingle with all cultures, breaking bread at a single table, and reconnecting with the land.

Our place was founded by Kyle and Shawn, who decided to leave their busy LA lifestyles to create a place to enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountainous Albanian countryside near Sarandë.

Our six private luxury villas offer modern comfort and breathtaking views of the hilly Albanian countryside. Sleep, stay and play in the midst of the beautiful and untouched Albanian countryside. The farm is located right in the middle of the Albanian mountains and just minutes away from the stunning Albanian riviera, just across the Greek isle of Corfu and other tourist attractions.

The villas boast a glass wall that offers an ultimate view, allowing you to enjoy the rustic nature that surrounds you while indulging in modern amenities. With over 16 acres of nature within the Finiq Archeological zone, you'll be surrounded by rescue farm animals and an eco-pool, providing an immersive retreat experience.

Each villa comprises a private bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a sleeping loft with one or two twin beds, a kitchenette, luxurious bathroom, curated music in the Bluetooth stereo, outdoor porch with seating area, and a breathtaking view from the window wall. Each cabin has been designed with a different theme, including industrial-inspired "Elements," calming minimalism inspired by bamboo in "Asian," and Hollywood-inspired 1920s glamour in "Hollywood."

Take some time to rejuvenate and reconnect with nature and yourself. Breathe in the fresh air and quiet while gazing off into the expansive views.
