The 600 m² property accommodates up to 28 guests across 12 bedrooms, arranged between the main house, guesthouse block and an additional guest room by the sea. Spacious living and dining areas create a welcoming setting for spending time together, while the professionally equipped kitchen is suitable for catering for large groups. Four pergola-covered terraces offer plenty of space for relaxed outdoor dining, long lunches and evening gatherings.
Surrounded by a unique natural environment, the villa combines sandy dunes, crystal-clear shallow waters and warm blue sea with sand lilies that blossom in August. A nearby hill covered with pine and cedar trees adds to the peaceful atmosphere. From October to March, guests can watch the sun set directly into the sea in front of the Beach House, creating spectacular colours and unforgettable moments on the horizon.

Beach House Arvi occupies a secluded beachfront setting on Meakis Beach on the south coast of Crete, approximately 2 km west of the village of Arvi. The villa sits directly beside the Libyan Sea, surrounded by a largely unspoiled coastal landscape of sandy beach, dunes and hills with pine and cedar trees.
Arvi is a small traditional seaside village where guests can find supermarkets, tavernas and basic medical services. Around 8 km away, the fishing village of Keratokampos offers additional tavernas and local amenities, while Viannos, approximately 15 km inland, provides a wider range of shops, pharmacies and medical services.
The setting is particularly suited to groups looking for privacy and a strong connection with nature. Guests can swim directly from the property, explore the coast by SUP or canoe, walk along the beach, hike and cycle in the surrounding countryside, or simply enjoy the quiet coastal environment. Despite its secluded character, the property remains accessible from Heraklion and its international airport.
How to get there
The most convenient arrival point is Heraklion International Airport. From the airport, Beach House Arvi is approximately 70–75 km away, with the drive taking around 1 hour 25–30 minutes across Crete to the island's south coast.
Due to the villa's secluded location, travelling by rental car or arranging a private transfer is recommended. Private airport transfers can be organised by the property on request, and rental cars can also be arranged and delivered directly to the villa.
Guests arriving by ferry can travel via Heraklion Port and continue to Beach House Arvi by car or private transfer.
Once at the property, Arvi village is only a few minutes away by car for supermarkets, tavernas and everyday essentials.

Beach House Arvi is a spacious 600 m² beachfront property accommodating up to 28 guests across 12 bedrooms. The accommodation is arranged between the Main House, Guesthouse Block and an Extra Guest Room by the sea.
Main House
The Main House is arranged over three levels and contains five bedrooms:
First level
- Bedroom 1 — double bed and ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower
- Bedroom 2 — three single beds and ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower
Second level
- Bedroom 3 — double bed and ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower

A welcome basket is provided on arrival, together with pool towels, toiletries, bed linen and cotton towels. Housekeeping is provided six days per week, including cleaning of public areas and light room cleaning. Linen is changed once per week and pool cleaning is included.
