My yoga teaching style is grounded, intuitive, and deeply nourishing. With over 17 years of experience, I blend elements of Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Yoga Nidra to create a calming and supportive space where you can reconnect with your breath, body, and inner stillness. I emphasize mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and honoring the body’s wisdom—offering a practice that is especially restorative for those navigating stress, burnout, or emotional healing.

This 6-day, 5-night immersive retreat is intentionally designed to guide you through grounding, reconnection, and inner transformation. Each day weaves together sacred practice, nature-based healing, personal reflection, and spacious rest to support deep renewal of mind, body, and spirit.

While the energy of the group and excursions may gently shift the flow, most days follow a rhythm that allows for both structure and spaciousness:

How to get there
Each participant is responsible for coordinating their own travel and rental car arrangements to and from the retreat location in Livingston, Montana.
If you’re interested in sharing a rental car with another participant, I’d be happy to help facilitate a connection. Simply let me know after registering, and I’ll do my best to match you with others arriving around the same time.
Please plan your arrival between 12:00–5:00 PM on Thursday, September 18, 2025, and note that all guests must depart by 9:00 AM on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

With over 20 years in the holistic wellness field, I create sacred spaces for women to release burnout, reconnect with their inner truth, and realign with a life that feels deeply authentic and soul-led.
My retreats are grounded in mindfulness, energy healing, yoga, and intentional reflection. Each one is a space where you are invited to soften, breathe, and return to yourself—free of pressure, expectation, or the need to “fix” anything.
Having walked through my own journey of burnout and healing, I bring both professional experience and deep compassion to every circle I lead. My greatest joy is witnessing women remember their worth, reclaim their energy, and rise in their own empowered way.

I support women through their self-development journey by creating grounded, compassionate spaces where they can safely explore who they are beneath the burnout, self-doubt, and expectations. My approach blends mindfulness, energy awareness, somatic practices, and reflective tools that guide them back to their truth—at their own pace, in their own way.
I don’t believe in pushing or fixing. I believe in meeting each woman exactly where she is, and walking with her as she reconnects with her voice, her values, and her vision. Whether through coaching, retreats, or guided practices, I help women untangle old patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and build trust in their inner knowing.
My role is to hold space—not to tell them who to become, but to support them as they remember who they already are. In that remembering, real growth happens—not through force, but through presence, intention, and a deep return to self.
