AM | Practical

We will start each day by exploring different movement modalities. From mat-based pilates to varying dynamics of yoga and somatic based practices. You will be offered daily group classes as well as an option to book additional one-to-one sessions with your practitioners, if desired. With over 20 years (combined) in the health and wellness world your practitioners come with a wealth of knowledge that they cannot wait to share with you.

Noon | Workshop

Inspiring and thought-provoking workshops will be held, to help guide you towards a deeper understanding of yourself. Providing you with education and knowledge you can use not only whilst on your retreat but also when you return home.

Noon | Activity

Activities such as cooking, group runs, swimming, guided hikes and the option to visit the Querubi organic olive farm and local village. Local touring will be on offer throughout the week, to immerse yourself in the countryside.

PM | Ceremony

In the evenings you will be invited to sit in sacred ceremony to delve into ancient medical journeys with cacao, therapeutic breathwork and sound healing. These immersive experiences will bring us into a clearer understanding of what ‘wholeness’ is to us, providing a pathway back there.

Daily | Free time

We have made sure to keep a little time aside to relax pool-side, immerse yourself in nature, read a good book and savour moments of solitude and reflection in the beautiful surroundings. Everything on schedule you are welcome to do, or not do.

Daily | Meals

Each day you will have time to savor three wholesome meals together, as a group. Created by our on-site chef, all produce is locally sourced and expertly prepared and delicious! Any dietary requirements can be catered for, please let us know upon booking.

Nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees Orientales, near the medieval village of Castelnou, our new luxuriously restored Domaine Madrona, has been designed to facilitate relaxation and reconnection with friends, family and nature.

Our park provides the perfect setting to relax in a private natural setting. Walk in our forests and explore the rivers and hills in total privacy, enjoy an evening star gazing or watch the sunset with while good local food is prepared for you.

How to get there

Dpending on the the departure airport, the flight into Domaine Madrona will be 2-2.5 hours. The venue can be reached via multiple airports, the closest airport only a 40 minute drive away, being Perpignan. Other airports include Carrcassone and Girona. You can also fly to Barcelona or Toulouse but please note these airports are 2.5 hours away from the venue.

Domain Madrona has created the perfect setting to facilitate relaxation and reconnection, blending the opulence of a luxury boutique hotel with the personalised and familiar atmosphere of a home.

Located in the Mediterranean pine forest in the foothills of the Pyrenees, the Domaine is where we will be welcoming our select number of guests. Each of our ensuite bedrooms has its own unique touch, a perfect harmony between calm and coziness. All of the bedrooms are spacious, bright, and offer a magnificent view over the gardens, giving all our guests the privilege of seeing the sunrise and enjoying the breathtaking scenery.

All rooms have their own bathroom with a shower and either two single beds for those who wish to share, or a king size bed for those who would prefer their space.
